I have nothing clever or interesting to say, but wanted to share two things.
Today, Rowan started thinking about maybe trying to crawl. She was hands down, rocking.
And tonight, she got her first tooth!
Is it weird that I am really, really excited?
(She is now applauding herself. It's pretty adorable.)

Hey, if you don't applaud yourself sometimes, no one else will. But in this case I think her mom and dad are applauding her, too, and rightfully so! Brava, Rowan!

Your life is going to change now that she is going to be moving. Bolt that CD bookshelf and get down on your hands and knees and look around at her perspective. Remember Max and all the things he got into. In a matter of weeks she will be doing the same!
We got a gate for our hallway, it's great! It is one those you can move around and it's fixed. It has changed my life. :)

No, it's not weird at all. You'll be surprised at how few things you do/say/think are actually not weird now that you have kids.
Is it weird that I was thrilled that my 18 year old actually said good night last night, instead of "grunt?"
